Plastic injection molding has many facets: In the Friedrichs & Rath group of companies, our customers can find a wide range of manufacturing
processes, starting with the "classic" plastic injection molding on injection molding machines up to 5,000 kN clamping force. Furthermore, we
encapsulate various types of inserts, we produce multi-component items with up to 4 different components and we master the IMD technology
(in-mold decoration) for producing a colored and abrasion-resistant design for plastic parts.
With pleasure we discover together with our customers also innovative technologies such as the injection molding of or with microcellular
foams in order to produce components with lower weight and possibly also at a lower cost.
