Depending on requirements, a wide variety of fully automatic 100% inspection processes, such as functional checks, leak tests, camera inspections, etc. can be integrated.
CNC-controlled tactile and optical 3D coordinate measuring machines ensure the most accurate measurement results, e.g. for an EMPB or PPAP sampling. On request, the data is also delivered directly via standardized IQS software.
All companies in the Friedrichs & Rath group have a certification according to IATF 16949 and EN ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). In addition, our competence center in Extertal, Germany, is certified according to EN ISO 50001 (energy management).
